Off-road motorcycle racing roars into Las Vegas on Friday as EnduroCross champions rev their engines inside the Orleans Arena.
The arena will be transformed into a race course full of obstacles as the 2014 EnduroCross championship series gets underway. Riders will face challenges including jumps, logs, mud, rocks, sand and water.
Participants will include Poland’s Taddy Blazusiak, the extreme sport’s top-ranked rider, and EnduroCross X-Games medalists Mike Brown and Chantelle Bykerk.
Practice runs will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The race is set for 8 p.m.
Tickets for the season kick-off start at $37.
Competitors will rack up points during eight showdowns, climaxing on Nov. 22 at the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario.
