Share

Amateur chefs will have the chance to learn from professionals as the Venetian begins a series of cooking classes.

The Venetian has partnered with Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts to provide guests with six-hour classes during which students will learn how to use master chefs’ skills in their own culinary creations.

At the end of each class, participants will dine on the lunches they have prepared.

The classes will feature a variety of cuisines and techniques. The first one, which is Saturday in a professional kitchen at the hotel, will focus on the “Tastes of Northern Italy.”
