2016 Four Seasons journeys by private jet include stops in Hawaii

It’s never too early to begin dreaming of your 2016 adventures, especially if they include Hawaii. But you may want to start saving aggressively now: The journeys start at $100,000 a person.

The upscale Four Seasons hotel chain will launch its first Private Jet Experience in March. The successful sales for that trip prompted the creation of three globe-circling itineraries for next year.

The trips last three to four weeks. Air travel is aboard a Boeing 757 modified to carry a maximum of 52 guests in cushy seats that convert to flat beds. Fine cuisine and free-flowing Dom Pérignon Champagne will keep passengers sated between stops.

The first 2016 experience begins Jan. 26 in Los Angeles and ends Feb. 18 in London. After departing L.A., the first destination is the Four Seasons Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii.

From there, the jet set will travel to Four Seasons resorts in Bora-Bora; Sydney, Australia; Bali; Chaing Mai, Thailand; Mumbai, India; and Prague, Czech Republic.

A second itinerary including Hawaii originates Sept. 17 in Austin, Texas. From there, it’s on to Costa Rica before arriving in Hawaii at the Four Seasons Lanai at Manele Bay.

The exclusive itinerary also includes Sydney; Langkawi (Malaysia); Mauritius; Serengeti in Tanzania; and Petra, Jordan; before ending Oct. 11 in Lisbon.

The third trip of 2016 starts in Seattle on April 14 and concludes May 7 in Boston. In between, the private jet will call at Tokyo; Beijing; Maldives; the Serengeti in Africa, Istanbul, Turkey; St. Petersburg, Russia; and Marrakech, Morocco.

Besides air and ground transportation and accommodations, the price includes all meals and scheduled excursions.
