National park photo ops: How to get the best shot of the most-photographed spot at Arches
Delicate Arch is Arches National Park‘s most photographed attraction. The trail to it is an easy scramble over 3 miles.
Some portions are minimally marked (so pay attention to the little rock cairns that signal the way).
There’s a 480-foot elevation change near the trail’s end. Beware — there could be some heavy foot traffic on weekends and holidays.
The best pictures of the 65-foot arch are at sunrise and after sunset.
