The package, created in partnership with Casa Cuervo, was designed to give participants an opportunity to learn how tequila is made. In 2006, the region was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, under the name of Agave Landscape and Ancient Industrial Facilities of Tequila.

The Westin Guadalajara is in an area known for both technology and culture, and as the birthplace of mariachi music and tequila.

Rates for the Tequila Express Package are $225 per night, double occupancy, plus 19% local tax. A minimum two-night stay, Friday through Sunday, is required.
