Visitors check out cells at Alcatraz, once home to a federal prison. Great city views are had on the boat ride over to the island in San Francisco Bay.

Greg Johnson, a member of the United States Park Police, patrols the cellblock at Alcatraz Island, which had held many of the most notorious federal prisoners, and is now a well–known tourist attraction in San Francisco Bay.
