Submerged Boat off Tolly Point

By Tuesday morning, Crazy Girl, a 32-foot Trojan boat, was mostly submerged near Tolly Point with all but the tip-top of the cabin underwater and a fleet of Department of Natural Resources police crews were trying to recover it.
