Storage Concepts Inc., a new company formed to make and sell “real time” disk drive subsystems, has opened in Costa Mesa. The company’s founders are James R. Lizzio, president and chief executive; Ronald D. Stevens, head of engineering; and Martin R. Bock, manager of marketing and sales.
