Ex-Speaker Carl Albert Improves After Surgery

McALESTER, Okla. —
Former House Speaker Carl Albert is making good progress in his recovery from triple-bypass surgery and his condition may be upgraded by Tuesday, a Presbyterian Hospital spokeswoman said today.
