Soviet Dissident Given 3 Years in Labor Camp

MOSCOW —
Soviet dissident Viatcheslav Bakhimine has been sentenced to three years in a strict labor camp for hooliganism, dissidents reported.
Bakhimine, 37, was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged under article 206 of the Russian Federation penal code, the dissidents told Western journalists Monday.
