Israel will send a three-man delegation to Cairo this week for talks aimed at arranging a meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Foreign Ministry Director General David Kimche, who is one of the delegates, said no day has been set for the trip. The other delegates are Avraham Tamir, a senior aide to Peres, and Gen. Menachem Eynan, the Defense Ministry’s director of planning. “We are going to discuss everything with the Egyptians,” Kimche said.
