Old Court S&L; must return some deposits.
Baltimore Circuit Judge Joseph H. H. Kaplan ordered the return of $1.1 million deposited by Old Court customers in demand and variable-rate accounts since May 13, when the Baltimore-based thrift was placed in conservatorship. Old Court was placed under a conservator and withdrawal limits were imposed after reports of management problems at the thrift set off a run on deposits.
