The City Council has tentatively approved a 117-unit housing project on the former Lowell School site on the city’s east side. The 8.4-acre development, designed and financed by Santa Ana-based North America Savings, includes 17 single-family homes and 100 condominiums and town houses.
Construction on the project at 10711 Valley Home Avenue is at least two months away.
