Condos Open in Little Tokyo; 167 Units Sold Out

Tokyo Villa, called Little Tokyo’s first condominium complex, has opened at 222 S. Central Ave.

The 167 units are already sold with a waiting list of 75 people. Prices range from $68,000 to $168,000 for the 636- to 1,300-square-foot condos.

Bob Honda and Tien Fu Hsu are general partners of Little Tokyo Housing Development Ltd., the developer.
