Genscher Visits Egypt

CAIRO —
West German Foreign Minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher arrived in Egypt on Monday at the end of a Mideast tour in which he also visited Syria and Kuwait. Genscher met with President Hosni Mubarak and Prime Minister Kamal Hassan Ali and signed a $120-million aid agreement with Planning Minister Kamal Ganzouri.
