Fixed-rate, 30-year bond financing is available at Rosemont, a development of 52 single-family houses by Lewis Homes opening today in the southern part of Montclair.

Three two- and three-bedroom floor plans are available, with 1,414 to 1,520 square feet, priced from $92,950 to $102,950. Occupancy is scheduled for mid-November. Bond financing at 9 7/8% (10.7% annual percentage rate) is available to qualified buyers.

Standard features include tile roofs, sloped ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, separate dining areas and interior laundry areas. Some plans offer lofts, breakfast nooks, country kitchens and powder rooms.

Other standard features include air conditioning, rear- and side-yard fencing, front-yard seeding and sprinklers and automatic garage door openers.

Three furnished models are open daily, except Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and noon to 7 p.m. Thursdays near the intersection of Monte Vista Avenue and Holt Boulevard, reached from the southbound Central Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
