StarTel Posts 1st-Quarter Net Earnings of $64,000

StarTel Corp. reported net earnings of $64,000 for the first quarter, contrasted with a year-earlier loss of $356,000.

The Irvine-based firm, which specializes in telephone marketing and answering systems, said revenue for the three months rose 25% to $2.5 million from $2 million during 1985.
