Dataproducts Lands $17-Million Contract

Woodland Hills-based Dataproducts said it has received a five-year contract worth $17 million to supply some of its computer printers, parts and technology to Expansao Informatica of Brazil.

Under the agreement, the Brazilian firm eventually will make printers using Dataproducts’ technology and parts. Dataproducts is the largest independent manufacturer of computer printers in the United States.
