Gregory B. Hadley has been appointed president of Forecast Lighting Co., Inglewood. At the same time, the company announced the following promotions: Robert C. Clark, vice president and chief financial officer; Alan Dobies, vice president-operations; Todd R. Langner, vice president-sales and product development; Thomas D. Richard, vice president-contract sales, and Ben Sclafani, vice president-engineering.
