Lotto Players Fail to Win Prizes in Top Categories

Fifty-two players picked five of the six winning Lotto 6-49 numbers, winning $8,682 apiece, and 3,476 others won $118 each for choosing four of the numbers, state lottery officials said Sunday.

However, no one picked all six numbers, or five of the six numbers and the bonus number, so the money will be rolled over into next week’s jackpot, which should exceed $6 million, officials said.

Names of this week’s winners will not be available until the bettors bring in their winning tickets to collect.
