Beersheba Bomb Defused

BEERSHEBA, Israel —
Police Tuesday defused explosives planted in a car parked at a busy intersection in the Negev desert city of Beersheba, apparently foiling a terrorist attack. A local shopowner had reported to police that the white sedan was parked “in a suspicious way.”
