High winds forced cancellation of a test flight of an experimental pedal-powered plane, forcing organizers to delay an attempt to break a world distance record for human-powered flight of 22.5 miles. A new test is set for this morning, weather permitting, and the record attempt may be Thursday, a spokeswoman said.
