Five teen-agers who told police they acted out of boredom were arrested in the spray-painting of racist slogans and symbols on Lincoln’s Tomb, officials said. Three 16-year-old boys and two 15-year-old girls were arrested after the weekend incident in which about 30 tombstones were also knocked over or broken in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield, Ill., a police spokesman said.
