Archive Corp. Announces Signing of 10 Contracts

Archive Corp., a Costa Mesa maker of personal computer data storage devices, Thursday announced the signing of 10 contracts to sell an estimated $17.5 million worth of its products to computer makers over the next two years.

Contracts were signed with Computervision, Texas Instruments, Priam, Univation, Bertex, Fortune Systems, Northstar Computer, Valid Logic Systems, Compusource and Reynolds & Reynolds. Amounts of the individual contracts were not revealed. The company said shipments on a variety of its quarter-inch streaming cartridge tape drives had begun on all the contracts.
