The conservator for “Son of Sam” killer David Berkowitz has been ordered to pay nearly $120,000 to eight of Berkowtiz’s 13 victims, according to court papers. “ . . . I want to personally shake (that judge’s) hand,” said Crime Victims Compensation Board Commissioner Diane McGrath of Justice Dominic Lodato’s decision. The board has been fighting since 1979 to get the money Berkowitz earned from movie and book deals after his rampage in New York in 1976 and 1977 that left six young people dead and seven others wounded.
