Troops of the Israeli-backed South Lebanon Army manning a position near the village of Niha, inside Israel’s self-proclaimed “security zone” along its border with Lebanon, crushed a pre-dawn attack by at least 100 guerrillas of the Iranian-backed Islamic Resistance.
