Micom Systems, a Simi Valley-based maker of computer communications equipment, appointed Joseph T. Pisula president of its sales division and Santanu Das president of Micom Digital, the new name of Micom’s recently acquired Spectrum Digital subsidiary. Pisula and Das formerly were president and vice president/operations, respectively, at Spectrum Digital, a Herndon, Va.-based producer of high-speed communications products.
