A 4-year-old girl may have been kidnaped near her east Bakersfield home, Kern County sheriff’s deputies said. Daisy Herrera was last seen Monday afternoon in front of her house, investigators said. Deputies searched door-to-door for the child, then began pursuing a lead that Daisy might have been abducted. Family members said a middle-aged man involved in a kidnaping attempt on another family member two years ago was seen driving in the neighborhood on Monday, officers said. The man was described as having a full beard and blond hair, balding on top. He was seen driving a white pickup truck with tinted windows. Daisy was last seen wearing a white shirt, pink pants and white shoes. She has dark black hair, speaks little English and is not familiar with the neighborhood because the family only recently moved there .
