President and Mrs. Reagan arranged to have a “very quiet evening at home” in the family quarters of the White House to celebrate their 36th wedding anniversary Friday, an aide said.

The Reagans had been expected to make their usual weekend trip to Camp David, but in view of their recent travels--with the President just back from Brussels and Mrs. Reagan home from New York--the First Lady decided they should remain at the White House.

Nancy Davis, a budding actress, and actor Ronald Reagan met while making a movie in Hollywood and were married on March 4, 1952, at the Little Church in the Valley in the San Fernando Valley.
