Stephen P. Sandland has been named regional manager responsible for the program management, design and construction of commercial facilities for the Fluor Daniel unit of Fluor Corp. Before joining Fluor Daniel in this new position, Sandland was with the Irvine Co. for 10 years in a variety of project-management positions. His most recently completed projects include the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach and Fashion Island’s Atrium Court, also in Newport Beach. Fluor Daniel is the engineering, construction and technical services unit of Irvine-based Fluor Corp., an engineering and construction company with investments in coal and lead.
