Robert G. Hill, senior vice president of Marine National Bank, has been named to the new position of cashier. Formerly head of bank operations, he will now be responsible for internal financial matters and regulatory reporting requirements. Hill joined the Santa Ana-based bank in 1986 after 14 years with Bank of Utah.
