Papandreou Flies to London for Heart Check

ATHENS —
Prime Minister Andreas Papandreou flew to London today to undergo additional tests following a heart checkup two days ago, government officials said.
The 69-year-old prime minister, who was rushed to a hospital for a cardiogram Tuesday night, flew to London on a specially chartered Olympic Airways flight to consult with heart specialists. The socialist prime minister suffers from a thickening of the aorta, restricting the flow of blood to the heart.
