More TV Flashes: Linda Douglass, who left KCBS Channel 2 for KNBC Channel 4 in 1985 and was replaced as political editor by Warren Olney, is returning to KCBS as Olney’s replacement, it was announced Wednesday. She starts Dec. 5. A KCBS spokeswoman said Olney chose not to renew his contract with the station. Douglass was with KCBS and CBS News in various capacities from 1973 to 1985, when she left for KNBC. . . . And Tuesday’s edition of “The Oprah Winfrey Show”--on which the irrepressible hostess revealed just how she’d lost those 67 pounds over the past few months--drew 46% of the available viewers in Los Angeles--about 850,000 homes. That’s double the size of her usual audience, KABC said.
