Israel has secretly conducted a second test of a missile with nuclear capabilities, the authoritative Jane’s Defense Weekly reported. Quoting unidentified U.S. sources, the London-based journal said the September test firing of the surface-to-surface Jericho 2 missile apparently took place in the same area of the first Jericho 2 test in May, 1987. That test covered 530 miles and the missile splashed down in the Mediterranean. Israel has never confirmed that it has the capability of arming the missile with a nuclear warhead.
