Oski, a stuffed grizzly bear and University of California mascot that mysteriously vanished two years ago, was found this morning by a radio news crew that received an anonymous tip.

Melanie Morgan of KGO-AM Radio got the call about 4:45 a.m. The caller said the bear could be found at Justin Herman Plaza on the San Francisco waterfront. Morgan found Oski a few minutes later--chained to a fountain and sporting a Stanford University sweatshirt. Officials at Cal sent members of the marching band across the bay to claim Oski. The stuffed bear was found two days after the “Big Game” between Cal and Stanford, which this year ended in a 19-19 tie.
