Quotron Systems Inc., Los Angeles, has named John A.C. King as senior vice president-international operations and chairman of its Quotron Systems International subsidiary.

King replaces Frederick A. Roesch, who is now an investor relations officer at Citicorp.

He will be responsible for directing the financial information company’s international projects.
