Authorities identified one of the seven victims of Sacramento’s boardinghouse murders, but Coroner Charles Simmons said he has not yet identified any of the other victims or determined how any of them died. Simmons said the body of Benjamin Fink, 60, was identified through fingerprints. No further information was released on Fink. But Robert Fink told reporters last week that his brother had been a chronic alcoholic since age 17, that he spent most of his life in Sacramento on the streets and that he had moved into the downtown boardinghouse earlier this year. Meanwhile, landlady Dorothea Montalvo Puente remained in jail without bail on one murder charge. Authorities said they expect to file additional charges.
