E.T.’s wide-eyed gaze and blinking red finger is creating problems on a freeway close to Universal Studio near Orlando, Fla. E.T.’s on a three-dimensional billboard and every few seconds his finger glows red, just like it did in the movie. The result is traffic snarl on Interstate 4 as many motorists pull over to snap photos or slow down to gawk.
