Arabs Plan Annual Summit

CAIRO — Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said Arab leaders have agreed to hold annual summit meetings and scheduled their next one for January in the Saudi Arabian capital, Riyadh, the Middle East News Agency reported Sunday.
