Commercials
If we must listen to and view the commercials on radio and TV (mostly on TV) every other 6 minutes, would it be so difficult to make them, at least, more endurable?
Why should they be boring, silly and sometimes disgusting, or frenzied and aggressive (accompanied most of the time by rock “music”)?
I don’t know if commercial production agency personnel have the curiosity to watch foreign TV commercials--for example European ones! They will be surprised to see most of them are made with good taste, common sense, and are pleasant and intelligent.
Foreigners who watch our TV commercials don’t believe that they are produced in the same country where the best movies are made!
