In a late night vote Monday, members of the International Assn. of Machinists and Aerospace Workers approved by an 81.4% margin a compromise proposal that included wage increases totaling 10% over three years, a bonus package that was better than the Seattle-based company’s initial offer and reduced mandatory overtime.
