Tait & Associates: Marv Hill has joined the civil engineering consulting firm of Tait & Associates, Orange, as controller. Previously, he was manager of financial planning and analysis for Magnetek-ALS, a power conversion manufacturer. Other former management positions include chief financial officer for Stutman, Treister & Glatt; manager of planning and administration for Avery International; and senior financial analyst for Rockwell International.
