A National Labor Relations Board hearing involving a dispute between the Los Angeles Rams and the Orange County Musicians’ Assn. has been set for March 28 at 9 a.m. in Hearing Room 1001 at 615 S. Flower St., Los Angeles, In a complaint issued last week by the labor board, the Rams were charged with unfair labor practices over their switch last summer from union to non-union musicians at home games.
