Kaypro Corp. has contracted with Trade Debt Specialists, a San Clemente-based company, to “assist Kaypro with debt restructuring and creditor relationships,” according to Kaypro Roy Salisbury, Kaypro’s president and chief executive officer.

Kaypro also announced that Mark A. Seaver has been appointed vice president of operations. Seaver is director of operations for FCSGroup, a New England business consulting and management service firm. Seaver and Salisbury formed FCSGroup in 1986.
