A federal grand jury subpoenaed campaign records for all 124 state representatives in connection with an FBI sting in which lawmakers were allegedly offered cash for votes, according to legislators and media reports today.

A fake lobbyist allegedly paid cash to about 30 lawmakers in exchange for votes on an unidentified issue, The Greenville News and WBTW-TV in Florence reported, citing unidentified sources.

An attorney who said he was approached by several lawmakers because of the probe said the fake lobbyist offered money to lawmakers in exchange for legislative favors.
