Memorial services will be held today for Bill Miller, a sportswriter for more than 40 years at papers in Southern California and Hawaii. Miller died at 68 of cardiac arrest. The services will begin at 1 p.m. in Santa Monica at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 1420 Yale Street. Contributions can be made to the American Heart Assn., 3550 Wilshire Blvd.
