Foreign Victims of Cuban Crash Named

HAVANA —
Cuba’s Civil Aviation Institute said Thursday three French nationals and a German citizen were among the 10 people killed in the crash of a Cuban airliner near the eastern city of Santiago de Cuba on Wednesday.
It listed the dead as Francoise Charlet, Henry Amis and Joseph Pinos, all French, and Barbel Wahlers, a German woman. The others killed in the crash were Cubans.
