Sen. Cranston and Ethics Hearings
In the Keating Five case, Sen. Cranston went the legal limit in search of campaign contributions.
That’s sad because he’s been one of the “good guys.”
The way to stop this near-abuse is to have tax money fund all elections.
That way legislators will have more time for what we elected them: to legislate.
