That’s the Ticket: A traffic agent filed a $4.6-million lawsuit Friday in New York City, charging that actress Katharine Hepburn physically attacked her and called her a pig when she tried to ticket a car in front of Hepburn’s house a year ago. Angie Hopkins claimed that Hepburn, 81, and producer-director Anthony Harvey, 60, “assaulted, battered and laid hold of” her as she was about to put the $40 ticket on a double-parked white Ford. Harvey, a co-defendant in the suit, directed Hepburn in “The Lion in Winter.”
