Proposal to Register Guns

Walters’ suggestion to restrict the sale of pistol bullets makes a lot of sense. An empty gun is not going to kill. This may be the best way to reduce gun violence. The City Council should not let the NRA dictate on this proposal. They can’t read constitutional rights to victims of drive-by and other cowardly shootings.
